Services
prototyping & Manufacturing
Leveraging the rapid advancements in the 3D printing industry, we offer unparalleled flexibility and customisation in our manufacturing processes.
Small to medium-scale production, tailored to your business needs all year round. Our flexible production model allows us to adapt to your sales patterns—scaling production up or down based on demand without significantly impacting costs. This ensures you get exactly what you need, when you need it, while keeping things efficient and cost-effective.
Sheet Metal tooling
Small press / hammer formers, solid patterns, bead rollers and much more! Perfect for small - medium volume production, sheet metal forming tools, or tool design testing.
Being specialists in sheet metal craft, we can work with you to design & test your desired tool. Once designed, if the tool becomes exhausted, simply get in touch, and we can print you another for a fraction of the initial cost.
As advancements in 3D printing technology continues, so does the capability of the tooling.
The press tool in this image was printed using PLA, one of the least strong and most basic 3D printing materials. By optimising the infill pattern & density to prioritise strength in the direction of force, the tool has been successfully tested in an 8-ton fly press to form 1.2mm copper on a small limited run. More durability could be obtained by using materials such as ABS, however this will marginally increase the overall cost.
Product Design
What it says on the tin! So, what makes us special? We offer a reduced design engineering rate on re-sellable products, provided we can sell them in our JollyStuff Store. We aim to cover the shortfall of the design costs through sales, creating an attractive offer with mutual benefits. The decision to feature the product in our store is at our discretion, but ultimately it’s your choice.
Can’t be arsed with that?
Customers can choose from pre-existing designs and personalise them, or collaborate with a Jolly designer to develop entirely new concepts.
specialist & discontinued Parts
We can work with you to digitally recreate and manufacture. Whether it be vintage cabinet fittings, machinery components, discontinued engine parts, or patterns ready for the forge.
We prioritise functionality by providing a reliable supply chain for manufacturers and industries. We deliver specific parts needed for maintaining equipment and machinery, with quick turnaround times that minimize delays caused by lengthy global shipping processes.
When considering the potential loss of production due to unavailable parts, our services become invaluable. Large-scale manufacturers can benefit greatly from our agile and flexible structure, ensuring that key production lines continue running smoothly.
